Shipping
We stock all of our items which allows us to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. In many cases, orders are processed and shipped on the same day. We understand what it's like to return an item due to poor, careless packaging. We take extra time to carefully pack your order to ensure it will arrive in the same, pristine condition that it left in. It's just one of the many steps we take to make sure our customer experience is second to none.
We ship via FedEx, UPS and the U.S. Postal Service to all of the United States, including Military Addresses (APO/FPO) and U.S. Territories.
FedEx and UPS ships to: The Lower 48 States
U.S. Postal Service ships to: 50 United States, Military Addresses (APO/FPO) and U.S. Territories.
Shipments under 5 lbs. generally ship USPS, while shipments over 5 lbs. generally ship FedEx or UPS.
We offer free shipping in the lower 48 states on orders of $129.00 or more. Just select the free shipping option once you have the qualifying amount of $129.00 in your cart. Orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. *We apologize but free shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Addresses (APO/FPO) or U.S. Territories.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Addresses (APO/FPO) and U.S. Territories
We do not offer Express Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Addresses or U.S. Territories. Depending on the location of the delivery address, shipments to these destinations may take longer than the normal shipping times.
Although our store ships to APO/FPO zip codes, we ask that you allow an additional 4-6 weeks for the military postal service to deliver your package to its final overseas destination.
P.O. Boxes
FedEx and UPS do not ship to P.O. boxes. Only USPS delivers to P.O. boxes.
Shipping Times
The times listed below estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected.
***Express orders placed after 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time will ship the following business day. Express shipping time of 1-2 business days will be from the day the package ships.
We are located on the East Coast, so keep that in mind when looking at the general shipping times. For example, if shipping to the West Coast by FedEx or UPS Ground, shipping times are as follows:
- USPS Priority/First Class Mail: 1-3 business days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories may take longer depending on the location of the delivery address.
- FedEx or UPS Ground Home Delivery: 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.
- USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days. For example, an order shipped on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. ***Express orders placed after 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time will ship the following business day. Express shipping time of 1-2 business days will be from the day the package ships.
Here at The Smoking Store, we value your time and are confident that we only sell the highest quality products. Since customer satisfaction is our number one priority, we want to make sure you are absolutely happy with your purchase from us.
You may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges or refunds are only given on merchandise that is unused, in new condition and is returned to us packed in the products original packaging. We must receive any returned item(s) prior to sending out an exchange. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you.
We will not accept any returns without a return merchandise authorization number (RMA number). To obtain an RMA number, please submit a return request by signing in to your account and clicking on the "Completed Orders" link to access the return request form. You may also contact us by email or phone to request an RMA number. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging along with a copy of your sales receipt and the reason for return or exchange. Please include the RMA number on the copy of your sales receipt for faster processing. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. The Smoking Store LLC reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that fails to meet any of the above conditions.
Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on exchanges and returns. We will contact you before sending out any exchanged merchandise to receive payment for shipping charges.

Credit
We will refund your account promptly once we have received and reviewed the returned merchandise. The refund will apply to the original form of payment. It could take 5-10 days to see the credit post to your account, but may be sooner. Upon completion of your refund, we will send out a confirmation email to inform you that your account credit has been issued.
